If we start on something you already built, do our requirements get trimmed to fit?

Proven modules fill only the common ground, and the time saved goes into the differentiating parts that matter to your project. Requirements are not fitted to the product. The product becomes the starting line for the requirements.

What if there is no Pack for our industry, or we want it bespoke from the start?

We either start from the closest Pack or build new through the standard Bespokit process. A fully bespoke build runs on the same process, so the quality bar is identical.

Are the Kits and Packs products Alphaca Labs actually operates?

Yes. The four Kits are developed and operated by Alphaca Labs as our own products. The 12 Packs are the result of pre-building industry projects on those Kits. You can see what each one contains on its solution page.
